IW Farming Conference

12 February @ 9:00 am - 3:15 pm
£15

The Isle of Wight Farming Conference 2026 takes place on Thursday 12 February 2026 at Barton Manor, East Cowes, bringing together farmers, land managers and rural professionals from across the Island for a full day of discussion, learning and networking.

Organised by Wight Rural Hub, the conference has been developed specifically for the Isle of Wight’s farming community. Its focus is firmly on practical insight, honest conversation and peer-to-peer learning, reflecting the real challenges and opportunities faced by Island farm businesses.

Building on the success of the inaugural 2025 event, the 2026 conference is structured around three themes that are central to modern farming:

Technology – how innovation can be applied in practice on farm
Team – maximising people, professional advice and collaboration
Resilience – strengthening business, personal and physical resilience

The programme features a strong and relevant line-up of speakers, combining national experience with local knowledge. Contributors include Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar, LandApp, Claas, Barfoots, local Isle of Wight farmers, Andersons and the Farming Community Network (FCN). Speakers will share practical experience, lessons learned and ideas that delegates can take straight back to their own farm businesses.

The conference is made possible thanks to the continued support of returning Headline Sponsors Isle of Wight National Landscape, Moore Barlow and Southern Water, alongside a range of panel sponsors and exhibiting businesses.

As well as offering valuable content, the event provides an opportunity for farmers to support Natural Enterprise’s Wight Rural Hub, an independent charity delivering year-round support, events and signposting for the Island’s agricultural community.

Tickets cost £15, including lunch and refreshments. Early booking is encouraged as places are limited.

Tickets and further information are available via the Wight Rural Hub website: https://www.wightruralhub.co.uk/events/isle-of-wight-farming-conference-2026/
